Job Description

Customer Support & Sales Representative - We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, promoting products and services, and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with team members, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
